In September 1955, it belongs to Chengguan District of Tengxian county. In December 1956, it belonged to Chengguan town and Shahe district. In 1966, it belonged to Tengdong commune, Tengnan commune, Dongcun commune and Dongshahe commune in Chengguan town. In 1984, Longquan was divided into Chengguan Town, Chengjiao Township and Dongshahe township. In July 2000, Chengguan town of Tengzhou City was abolished and Longshan and Jinghe streets were set up. In June 2001, the administrative areas of Longshan street, Jinghe street and Chengjiao Township were merged.
