Qili Township, belonging to Shulan City, Jilin City, Jilin Province, is located in the northeast of Shulan City, the transition zone from Changbai Mountain to Songnen Plain; it borders Shahe Town, Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province in the East, Kaiyuan town in the south, Shuiquliu town in the west, and Ping'an town in the North, with an area of 266.07 square kilometers and 35 kilometers away from Shulan city.
In 1875, Qili township was changed from Qili commune to Qili Township in November 1984. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of seven Li Township was 27027. As of June 2020, Qilixiang has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Qili Ertun.
