Lianhua Township, belonging to Shulan City, Jilin Province, is located in the north of Shulan City, bordering Tiande Township in the East, Liangjiashan Township in the south, fat town in the West and Heilin town in Yushu City in the north. During the period of the Republic of China, Lianhua Township belonged to fatebao, the Second District of Shulan County; in March 1984, it was changed from Lianhua commune to Lianhua township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Lianhua township was 17706. As of June 2020, Lianhua village has jurisdiction over six administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in nigou village.
