Fenyi Town, formerly known as Anren town and Qianyang Town, is located in the middle of Fenyi County, adjacent to Qiandong office in the East, Binjiang town of Yichun City in the west, Yuanhe River in the south, Fengyang Township and HuZe town of Fenyi County in the north, with a total area of 156 square kilometers and a total population of 95634 (2017).

Fenyi town is the political, economic, cultural and traffic center of Fenyi county. History of construction

Fenyi town was built in the first year of Yongxi in the Northern Song Dynasty (AD 984), which belonged to Yuanzhou in the Song Dynasty. In the early Yuan Dynasty, it was subordinate to Hunan Province, and later to Yuanzhou Road, Jiangxi Province. The Ming and Qing Dynasties belonged to Yuanzhou Prefecture. At the beginning of the Republic of China, the county was abandoned and belonged to Luling road; in 1926, the county was abandoned and belonged to Jiangxi provincial government; in 21, it belonged to the eighth administrative region of Jiangxi, and in 24, it belonged to the second administrative region. Geography and climate
