Chaoyang Township
Chaoyang Township, belonging to Zhaozhou County, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, is located 33 kilometers southeast of Zhaozhou County, adjacent to Daqing oil production plant 10 and Chaoyang ditch town in the East, Fuxing township of Zhaoyuan County in the south, fengle town and Tuogu Township in the west, and Erjing town in the north. The total area of the jurisdiction is 127.72 square kilometers, and the total registered residence population is 23460 (2018).

As of October 2019, Chaoyang township has jurisdiction over 7 administrative villages including Chaoyang village, Sanhe Village, Xiangyang Village, Yongqiang village, Xinrong village, Zhenxing village and Gonghe village, and the township government is located in Chaoyang village.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Chaoyang township was 225.12 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 7370 yuan. The total fiscal revenue was 2.89 million yuan, an increase of 5.3% over the previous year, of which the local fiscal revenue was 860000 yuan, an increase of 10% over the previous year, and the balance of various deposits in financial institutions was 56000 yuan. Zhaozhou melon seeds
Zhaozhou big melon seeds are full in grain, without shriveled shell and wormhole. The seed coat is black and yellowish brown. The seed is long and cone-shaped, with a wide end and a narrow end. The wide end has the mark of tubular flower falling off, and the narrow end has the lip shaped fruit hole. It is large and thin. When eating, the peel is easy to crack into long strip shape.
