Qijia Town, belonging to Shuangyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, is located in the northeast of Shuangyang District. In the Qing Dynasty, Qijia town belonged to Shangli society of Jilin Province; in 2002, it was changed from Qijia town to Qijia town. As of June 2020, Qijia town has one community and 21 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is stationed in Qijia village.

History of construction
During the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the ritual society of Jilin Province.
In 1937, Qijia village was established. In 1947, Qijia district was changed.
In 1955, Qijia district was transformed into Qi hometown.
In 1958, Qi's hometown was changed into Xin'an commune.
In 1961, Xin'an commune was renamed Qijia commune.
Qijia commune was changed to Qijia commune in 1984.
In 2002, Qijia town was replaced by Qijia town.
In July 2004, Changling township was merged into Qijia town.
