Baishan town
Baishan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Changping District, Beijing, is located in the southeast of Changping District, between 116 ° 16'34 "~ 116 ° 22'00" E and 40 ° 07'01 "~ 40 ° 11'52" n. It is adjacent to Xiaotangshan town in the East, Wenyu River in the South and Beiqijia town in the south, Shahe Higher Education Park in the West and Shahe Town in the west, and Jingmi diversion canal in the north and Nanshao town and cuicun town in the north. The town covers an area of 35.19 square kilometers.
On December 12, 1948, Baishan District belonged to the Tenth District of Changshun Union County. In August 1949, it belonged to the third district of Changping County. In February 1950, it belonged to the second and fourth districts of Changping County, and each natural village established a village government. In July 1953, the village government abolished the township construction. Baishan Township governs Baishan and Mengzu villages, shiziying Township governs lianggezhuang, Niwa, Zhongying and shiziying villages, and niufangquan Township governs lugezhuang, Banbi Street, erdezhuang and niufangquan villages, belonging to four districts. Shangdongguo village and xiadongguo village belong to Xinlitun Township, and dongshatun village belongs to Wangzhuang township. In February 1956, Baishan Township, shiziying Township and niufangquan Township were merged into Baishan township. Dongshatun, shangdongguo and xiadongguo belong to songlanbao township. In 1958, it belonged to Hongqi people's Commune and Xiaotangshan commune, and each township was called workstation. In January 1960, it belongs to Changping County. In May 1961, Baishan people's commune was established. In July 1982, the commune was transformed into a township. In 1997, the township was changed into a town, and its jurisdiction now covers the whole country. By the end of 2018, the town had 16961 registered residence. As of June 2020, Baishan town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 13 administrative villages, and the town government is located in Niwa village, Baishan Town, Changping District.

History of construction
In the first year of Yuanfeng (110 BC) of the Western Han Dynasty, Baishan town was the seat of Changping County, Shanggu county.
