According to historical records, lintingkou town was built in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty. It is said that when Zhu Di, the founder of Ming Dynasty, moved his capital to Beijing, some of his entourage settled down here and gradually developed in the future. During the Ming Dynasty, lintingkou town once appeared as a Dragon Street, with villages with natural patterns such as dragon head, dragon beard, dragon claw and dragon tail. It became a flood and drought wharf that went south to Tianjin and north to Beijing. Merchants gathered and four links developed. Literati and poets gathered together to chant poems and Fu, advocating culture. There was a saying that there was a forest Pavilion in the lower reaches of the capital. In the years of Xianfeng and Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty, the Li family in lintingkou town was the first to become an official in the dynasty. It was known as "Li banchao". Among them, Li Guangting and Li Han are the most outstanding. From Li Guangting to the magistrate of Hengzhou, his book Xiang Yan Jie Yi systematically introduces the local conditions of Baodi, which is of high academic value. High legged stilts
:
High legged stilts in lintingkou town began in Xianfeng and Tongzhi years of the Qing Dynasty. It is a popular folk art performance. In some folk festivals, stilts are performed in the square with dancing legs and long wooden stilts. Walking on stilts is highly skilled and flexible in various forms. Because the actors are higher than ordinary people in walking on stilts, they are easy to watch from far and near, and the mobility is no different from the stage, so they are deeply loved by the masses. The district and town governments have put the rescue work of stilts on the important agenda.
Lintingkouzhi:
It was a kind of delicious food made from mung beans in the era of material shortage. Before liberation, lintingkouzhi was just a small workshop type production. In order to support their families, they picked or pushed cars to sell in the market or across the street.
After liberation, the mutual aid group organized by the government gathered some experienced people from the nearby village team in a big temple in the east of the town to start mass production, and called this processing place powder workshop. The products include not only jelly, bean curd, powder paste, but also mung bean noodles. However, due to the economic and traffic constraints at that time, it was only limited to local villagers and nearby villagers. It was not until 1965, after the people's commune, that the second village of lintingkou reorganized Fenfang and took Fenfang as the leading goose in the development of collective economy. They expanded production and opened up a wide market, and sold lintingkou rice noodles and vermicelli to Tianjin, Beijing and Tangshan by carriage. According to the old man who was in charge of Fenfang at that time, those who came to Fenfang at that time were vehicles from Tianjin and Beijing hotels, and more than 20 people were arranged for production at the busiest time. In the large-scale production and sales of lintingkouzhi, more and more people enjoy the delicious food, but also expand the village collective economy. It was not until 1982 that the family responsibility system was completely dissolved.
Lin Ting Kou has always maintained a small workshop production and sales mode. Only in the town and around the county sales. In the age of material scarcity
