Niuzhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dongying District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, is located in the central and southern part of Dongying District, adjacent to Liuhu town in the East, Dingzhuang town in Guangrao County in the southeast, Chenguan Township in Guangrao County in the south, Chunhua Town in Boxing County in the Southwest, Longju town in the west, Shikou Town, Shengyuan street and Huanghe Road Street in the north, covering an area of 113.87 square kilometers.
In January 1956, Niuzhuang district was set up under the jurisdiction of the county; in October 1970, the district was withdrawn and restored to Niuzhuang commune; in July 1984, it was changed to Niuzhuang town. By the end of 2018, 41186 people registered residence in Niu Zhuang town. In June 2020, Niuzhuang town governs one community and 42 administrative villages.
In 2011, the gross national product of Niuzhuang town was 1.364 billion yuan, of which the added value of primary, secondary and tertiary industries reached 276.04 million yuan, 524.47 million yuan and 563.86 million yuan respectively. In 2011, the total financial revenue of Niuzhuang town was 11 million yuan, an increase of 10% over the previous year. History of construction
In January 1956, Niuzhuang district was established under the jurisdiction of the county.
In 1957, Niuzhuang township was established.
In October 1958, it was renamed as dongfengzhuang commune.
