Bayin Township
Bayin Township, belonging to Chahar Right Wing Middle Banner, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Chahar Right Wing Middle Banner, connecting Wusutu town in the East, tieshagai town in the south, southwest and West, and kulunsumu town in the north, with an administrative area of 130.57 square kilometers.
In the early Qing Dynasty, the territory was grassland; in November 1956, it was assigned to tieshagai District, and xishuiquan township was changed to barenbaoluge township; in May 1984, Bayin commune was changed to township. By the end of 2018, the population of Bayin Township registered residence was 8812. As of June 2020, Bayin rural area has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Bayin township was 6900 yuan. In 2018, Bayin township has one industrial enterprise and 23 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the early Qing Dynasty, the territory was grassland.
In the middle of Qing Dynasty, Xianglan banner was in the north and Taolin County in the south.
In October 1949, it belongs to five districts of Taolin County, and the district is located in xishuiquan village.
In May 1953, xishuiquan township was set up, which belongs to three districts and is located in xishuiquan village.
In November 1956, it was assigned to tieshagai District, and xishuiquan township was renamed barenbaoluge township.
In October 1958, it was changed into Bayin commune.
In May 1984, Bayin commune was transformed into a township.

By the end of 2011, Bayin rural area had jurisdiction over seven administrative villages: xishuiquan, xiaoxibulang, Mengdu naobao, zhongbulang, baqiniu, Dabei and Haizi, with 32 villager groups.
