Sanchakou Township
Sanchakou Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Chahar Right Wing Front Banner, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Chahar Right Wing Front Banner, bordering malinqu township of Jining District in the East, Pingdiquan town in the south, shibatai town of Zhuozi County in the West and Xile township of Chahar right wing rear banner in the north, with an administrative area of 373.61 square kilometers.
In April 1958, Sanchakou Township and yuanmeiyao Township were merged into xilagulige commune, a suburb of Jining City; in September 1964, Sanchakou commune was set up under chayouqianqi; in May 1984, Sanchakou commune was changed to township. By the end of 2018, 20270 people in three fork villages had registered residence. As of June 2020, Sanchakou has jurisdiction over 18 administrative villages.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Sanchakou township was 4980 yuan. In 2018, there were 35 industrial enterprises in Sanchakou Township, including 3 Enterprises above Designated Size and 13 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In April 1958, Sanchakou Township and yuanmeiyao Township were merged into xilagulige commune, a suburb of Jining City.
In September 1964, it was put under chayouqianqi and set up Sanchakou commune.
In May 1984, Sanchakou commune was transformed into a township.
In July 2001, gulban Prague township was merged into Sanchakou township.
In September 2006, guerban Prague township was assigned to Pingdiquan Town, and coal mines and datucheng Township were merged into Sanchakou township.
