The total estimated investment is 825 million yuan, starting from the intersection of xujiapeng, Dongfeng Avenue, Xubai first-class highway and Shiman Expressway in the east of the urban area, passing hejiagou, xiongjiawan village and Majiagou bridge to Taishanmiao, and connecting with the extension line of Beijing road. The route passes northward through Taishanmiao bridge of Shiman expressway, after passing chenjiayuan, doumengou and Guojiagou, to longtanwan tunnel. The total length of the tunnel is about 580 meters, and to shendinghe bridge, which is about 320 meters long. The total length of the tunnel is 2.3 km from the west of Shiyan district to the exit of Liujiawan district.

the east ring road is an important part of the outer ring road of the city. The construction of the east ring road has provided a backbone road framework for the eastern new town of Shiyan City. This "framework" integrates the industrial park in the northeast of the city and the new urban area of Changling in Yunyang City, and is a "string of beads" with the Boulevard, Zhejiang Road, Airport Avenue, Shiyan Avenue, etc 209 national road moved to the East Ring Road, alleviated the traffic pressure in the central area of the city, and connected the eastern new town with the central area of the city. After the completion of the East Ring Road, the distance between Yunyang district and Wudang Mountain will be shortened to 70 km, and the convenient transportation will benefit the people in Yunxian County.
