Construction Street
Jianshe street, subordinate to Wanghua District, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Wanghua District, bordering Heping Street in the East, Yanwu street in the south, Gongnong street in the West and Hebei Township of Shuncheng district across the river in the north. Its total area is 4.9 square kilometers. At the end of 2011, the total population of Jianshe sub district was 51315.
In June 1953, Wanghua District was established. In November 1954, the construction area was assigned to Heping Street. In October 1978, the Revolutionary Committee of the construction commune was changed into the construction of streets, and the construction of street party committees was restored. In March 1988, the CPC Working Committee on street construction was established. As of June 2020, Jianshe sub district has jurisdiction over 12 communities, and the sub district office is located at No. 12 – 1, Heping Road West Section.
In 2011, the total revenue of Jianshe street was 2.2 million yuan, an increase of 23.3% over the previous year. From the perspective of major taxes, business tax was 274000 yuan, value-added tax was 305000 yuan, enterprise income tax was 183000 yuan, and individual income tax was 44000 yuan, an increase of 10.2%, 9.8%, 12.3% and 11.9% respectively over the previous year.

In October 1978, the sub district Party committee was established, the original six sub district revolutionary committees were abolished and divided into 20 new neighborhood committees.
In 1985, three residents' committees were set up.
In 2003, 12 community party branches were under the jurisdiction of the street Working Committee.
By the end of 2011, Jianshe street had 11 neighborhood committees, including Youyuan, Meiyan, Tieling, Jianshe, Jinzhou, Xingang, Jianping, Benxi, Jianxin, Wanzhong and Jinshi, with 897 neighborhood groups.
