Dayin town

Dayin Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Xushui District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Xushui District, 12 km away from the city in the northwest. Its geographical coordinates are between 115 ° 44'34 "~ 115 ° 37'02" E and 38 ° 52'44 "~ 38 ° 58'54" n. It is adjacent to Liucun town in the west, Cuizhuang town and ansu town in the north, Anxin County in the East, and Qingyuan District bounded by Caohe River in the south. The maximum distance from east to west is 12.80 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 11.15 km, with a total area of 57.44 square kilometers. In late 2018, the total registered residence of the town was 62994.

In the early Qing Dynasty, Dayin town was designated as Southeast road. In 1958, Dayin commune was established. In 1984, it was renamed Dayin township. In September 1958, Dayin people's commune was established. In February 1984, it was rebuilt into Dayin township. In 1996, it was merged with the former nanbaita Township and changed into Dayin town. As of June 2020, Dayin town has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Dayin village.

In 2017, the total agricultural output value of Dayin town was 459 million yuan; the fiscal revenue was 9.453 million yuan, including 7.952 million yuan of national tax revenue and 1.501 million yuan of local tax revenue; the investment in fixed assets of the whole society was 269 million yuan; and the introduction of 158 million yuan of funds from outside the province. In 2018, there were 40 industrial enterprises in Dayin Town, including one above scale and 87 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In the early Qing Dynasty, Dayin town was designated as Southeast road.

In 1942, it belonged to the eighth district.

In 1953, it was divided into Fangling, Daxian, Sicheng and Wangcun.

In 1958, Dayin commune was established.

In 1984, it was renamed Dayin township.

In 1949, it belonged to the third district of Dayin in Xushui.

In September 1958, Dayin people's commune was established.

In 1961, when the commune was adjusted, Dayin people's commune established Dayin, nanbaita and Shakou people's communes, and Dayin people's commune still used its original name.
