Jianhua town
Jianhua town belongs to Ansai District, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the middle of Ansai District, adjacent to Liangcun township of Baota District in the East, Zhenwudong town in the south, Zhaoan town in the West and Pingqiao town in the north. The maximum distance between the East and the west is 24.5 kilometers, and the maximum distance between the north and the south is 18 kilometers, with a total area of 320.09 square kilometers.
As of June 2020, Jianhua town has 14 administrative villages under its jurisdiction. As of 2018, the registered residence of Jianhua town was 21574. In 2011, the total rural output value of Jianhua town was 79.84 million yuan, and the total retail sales of social consumer goods reached 09 million yuan.
Historical evolution
It got its name because the town people's government was stationed in jianhuasi village.
In September 1937, it was haojiaping township.
February 1949, repealed.
In September 1961, haojiaping commune was established.
In September 1983, it was changed to haojiaping township.
In August 1998, Long'an village, the former tanjiaying Township, was transferred to haojiaping township.
In December 2001, haojiaping Township and tanjiaying Township merged to establish Jianhua town.

In 1997, haojiaping Township governed 14 administrative villages, including haojiaping, Qiaoping, Xianrenqiao, xinyaoping, xiaoguanyi, yuanziwan, xinmaotai, Sigou, pangou, sanlongtou, Shegou, yaowan, Leijiahe and Yangtong.
In December 2001, the two townships merged to establish Jianhua town.
By the end of 2011, Jianhua town had 27 administrative villages including Yangtong, yaowan, Leijiahe, Long'an, Xianrenqiao, yuanzewan, xinyaoping, xiaoguanyi, Sigou, xinmaotai, pangou, wanglongta, haojiaping, Shegou, Qiaoping, ximiaogou, taoshuwan, tanjiaying, Wujiawan, Caohe, hejiawa, Zhanghe, mengxinzhuang, bathe, guota, gaotonggou and guadigou, with 116 villages Village group.
