The harvest season of oyster fields is from October of the lunar calendar to May of the next year. Especially from October of the lunar calendar, the ebb time is at night, which is the best time to fish oysters. At low tide, there are two rivers between Shenzhen Bay and Yuen Long, Hong Kong. They are deep and waist deep. The current is quite fast. The villagers call them "Shenzhen River" and "Yuen Long River". The oyster breeders went out to sea with four people in each boat. One person went into the water to pull the boat, two people went into the water to touch the oysters, and one person fixed the boat on the boat.
