Huilong township is
Maoxian County governs the township. Xiaobei township was returned to Longxiang in 1954, changed into a commune in 1968, and resumed in 1983. Located in the middle of the county.
In December 2019, the people's Government of Aba Prefecture decided to abolish Huilong township.
It is 24 kilometers away from the county government. It covers an area of 67.3 square kilometers and has a population of 2129 (2017). Mao (county) Hei (water) highway transit. It has jurisdiction over five village committees, namely, Shaba, Longping, Baibu, xiaoniuer and township horticultural farm. Agriculture mainly produces corn, potato and wheat. Local specialties are mainly apple and pepper. Township enterprises have brewing, agricultural machinery, Coptis processing plants.
