Piaojing town

Piaojing town is located in the north of Dafang County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, about 42km away from Dafang County. The terrain is mountainous. It borders Dashan Township and Sanyuan Township in the East, Daxi Township in the South and southwest, Xinglong Township in the West and northwest, and Shishi town in the north. National highway 321 (Dana highway) runs through the town for 10km, and provincial highway Ju'er road passes through the town for 5km. Piaojing town is the only one in Dafang County It is the largest market town outside Fangxian County. Piaojing town in Dafang County is composed of piaojing Town, Zhongdong Township, Lubu Township, Guobang Township and Jule Township in piaojing District when it was "built and removed" in 1991. It originally governed 26 villages and 1 neighborhood committee, with a total of 168 villager groups.

In July 2003, the work of village merging was carried out. The village area was readjusted, and the original 26 villages and one neighborhood committee were abolished in combination with the landform. Ten villages were reconstructed, namely, piaojing, Zhongdong, Xiaodong, Yousha, Xinjie, Zhongzhai, Sanhe, Pingtang, Lianping and Pingxing. The neighborhood committee was merged into piaojing Village (piaojing village became the integration of village and residence). The original area of Sanhe Village remained unchanged. After village merging, the whole town is still 168 villager groups.

In order to facilitate contact work, the town is temporarily divided into three areas: one is the area along the highway. Taking piaojing village as the center, it connects Zhongdong village and Xiaodong village in the south, Lianping village and Pingxing village in the West and North, with a total of five villages, which are distributed along or adjacent to Dana road and Ju'er Road, with very convenient traffic conditions; second, Lubu area.
