Chengdong Street

Chengdong street is a new unit set up to meet the objective requirements of the urbanization development of Dongyang. Located in the east gate of Dongyang City, it has jurisdiction over Li Zhai, Tangxi and Luoping. It has 59 administrative villages, covering an area of 76 square kilometers.

After the integration of administrative villages in 2010, the original 59 administrative villages were merged into 18 administrative villages and one rural community, including Xutian village, Ganlu village, kuiwutang village, Tanghe village, Dong'an village, Wusi village, Danliang village, Dongguang village, Tangxi village, Hudian village, Dongfeng Village, Dongxing village, Dongsheng Village, Sicun village, Hetang village, Donglian village, Dongping village, Yaxi village and Lizhai community.

Street profile

The sub district office has six offices, namely, the party and government office, the economic development office, the social affairs office, the planning and construction office, the finance and government office, and the comprehensive administration of politics and law office. Dongsheng line of provincial road runs through the whole territory, with convenient transportation, prominent regional advantages and obvious advantages in regional characteristic industries. It is well-known in China for its "juanlu experience", "Lizhai lotus lamp" has a long history, "Sandu Shengjing" has beautiful scenery, "jiugongtan waterfall" is exciting; Lizhai magnetic industry, Tangxi textile industry has a large scale; modern leisure and sightseeing agriculture with juanlu as the leader is rising. Urban construction

In January 2020, Chengdong street was selected into the list of beautiful town construction models in Zhejiang Province in 2020.
