Panlong Town, Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, is located in the southeast of Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City, 54 kilometers away from the city center. The township has a total area of 150.52 square kilometers, 26 administrative villages and 127 villager groups.
