Huangsi Town, subordinate to Xindu District, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Xindu District, adjacent to Huining town in the East and south, Xihuang village in the southwest, beixiaozhuang Township in the northwest and Neiqiu County in the north, with a total area of 155 square kilometers.
In April 1950, Huangsi town belonged to Huangsi district; in April 1984, it was changed from Huangsi commune to Huangsi town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Huangsi town was 37174. As of June 2020, there are 43 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Huangsi Town, and the town people's government is stationed in Huangsi village.

History of construction
In April 1950, Huangsi town belonged to Huangsi district.
In 1953, Huangsi was divided into zhanganbei, Heshanggou, plum blossom, Bafang, tantalk, naoshangxiang, etc.
In July 1956, Bafang township was changed into Huangsi township.
In August 1958, it belonged to Huangsi commune, conversational commune and zhanganbei commune.
In April 1984, Huangsi commune, Tanyu commune and zhanganbei commune were changed into Huangsi Town, Tanyu Township and zhanganbei Township respectively.
In January 1996, Chateau Township and zhanganbei Township were merged into Huangsi town.
