Longquan Town
Longquan Town, subordinate to Baiquan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the south of Baiquan County, bordering Xinsheng Township in the East, Tongquan Township in Mingshui County in the south, Ainong Township and Fuqiang town in the west, Shizhong Township in the north; it is 20 kilometers away from the county; the total administrative area is 263 square meters.

History of construction

In 1956, Zhongxing township was changed.
In 1958, Zhongxing township was transformed into Zhongxing commune.
In May 1977, Zhongxing commune was renamed Baohua commune because of the same name as Zhongxing commune in Gannan county.
In 1984, it was changed to Longquan Township.
In 1987, Longquan Township was changed into Longquan town.
In 2002, Xingquan township was merged into Longquan town.

History and culture
The origin of place names
Longquan town used to be called "Han lame shop". In 1901, Han lame came from Shandong Province to open a cart shop. Because it was the only way to anda, it was also the only boarding and lodging shop in the past. With the increasing popularity, it was named "Han lame shop". In 1984, it was renamed "Han lame shop".
