Longquan Town
Longquan Town, subordinate to Longhua District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, is located in the middle of Longhua District, adjacent to Longtang town and Yunlong Town in the East, Xinpo town in the south, Yongxing Town in the West and Longqiao town in the north, with an administrative area of 73.57 square kilometers.
On July 15, 2002, meirenpo Township merged with Shizilu town to establish Longquan town. On October 16, 2002, Qiongshan city was abolished and merged into Haikou City. Longquan town was under the jurisdiction of Longhua District. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Longquan town was 50804. As of June 2020, Longquan town has jurisdiction over one community and 17 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Shizi Road market commercial street.
In 2011, the total revenue of Longquan town was 25 million yuan, of which 19 million yuan was allocated by the superior government, an increase of 33% over the previous year; the local revenue was 19 million yuan, an increase of 33% over the previous year. By the end of 2018, there were five industrial enterprises in Longquan Town, including one industrial enterprise above Designated Size and two supermarkets or comprehensive stores with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Cross Road Town
In 1921, it was called the cross road group.
In 1933, it was the capital of the third district of Qiongshan county and Dongda township.
In 1939, it was changed to Sanyuan Township, the first district of Qiongshan county.
In 1951, it belonged to the seventh district of Qiongshan county.
From 1957 to 1958, it was under the jurisdiction of Longtang Township and Longtang commune of Qiongshan county.
In 1959, it was under the jurisdiction of Yongxing commune.
Cross road commune was established in 1961.
In 1966, it was also called Red Road commune.
In 1968, it was renamed cross road commune.
In 1983, it was renamed Shizilu district office.
