Xinglong town belongs to Zhenba County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. Located in the southeast of the county, it is adjacent to Guanyin Town and WULIBA town of Xixiang County in the East, Guanyin Town and Xiaoyang town in the south, Ping'an town in the north and Jingyang street in the West. It has a north-south trend. The maximum distance from east to west is 16.1 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 22.5 km, covering a total area of 229 square kilometers.

Historical evolution
In 1824, the place was flooded. After eight years of restoration, it was built into a village, which was named after "prosperous".
In the seventh year of Jiaqing in the Qing Dynasty (1802), the land of zhongchu River in Zhengli, Yuanting Dongxiang, was set up.
In 1914, zhongchuhe village, East District of Zhenba County, was established.
