Fandu Town, belonging to Wanzhou District of Chongqing, is located in the southwest of Wanzhou District, facing Xikou Township across the Yangtze River in the East, Yanshan Township across the Yangtze River in the south, Wuling town in the west, Longsha town and Ganning town in the north. It is 36.2km away from the government of Wanzhou District, with a total area of 36.4km.
In the Qing Dynasty, the town belonged to sanzhengli Wujia; in 1993, it was changed from the town to the town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 12861. History of construction
Feidu town is named for the fact that the Feidu river flows down the river naturally.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to sanzhengli Wujia.
In 1927, Anhua township was established. In 1929, it was changed to Jiandu town. In 1935, it was renamed Sanwu town.
In 1953, it was the 18th District of Wanxian county.
In 1958, it was adjusted to Wangdu Township, Wanxian County, under the jurisdiction of Wuling district.
In 1993, Jiandu township was changed from township to town.
