Dahenan Town
Dahenan Town, belonging to Dengta City, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Dengta city. It is adjacent to huazi town in the East and Southeast, wanbaoqiao street in the south, Gucheng street in the southwest, liutiaozhai town across Beisha River in the west, Shilihe town across Shilihe River in the North and northwest, Dagou Township in Sujiatun District in the northeast, with an administrative area of 58.11 square meters Square kilometers.

History of construction
During the Warring States period, it belonged to Liaodong County of Yan state.
During the Qin Dynasty, it belonged to Xiangping County, Liaodong county.
In the Tang Dynasty, it belonged to Anton's Prefecture, the governor of Liaocheng Prefecture.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Liaoyang Prefecture.
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to the Second District of Liaoyang County.
On August 15, 1945, it belonged to Yantai District of Liaoyang County.
In 1950, it belonged to the Second District of Liaoyang County.
In June 1968, it belongs to lighthouse district.
In 1980, it belonged to Dengta county.
In 1981, the great Henan commune was established.
In 1983, it was changed to Dahenan township.

The river in Dahenan Town belongs to Taizi River system. Shili River and Beisha river flow through the territory. The total length of the village is 14.2 kilometers from the east to the West. Beisha river is a tributary of Taizi River. It is the boundary river with liutiaozhai town. From north to south, it goes out through dongyangjiao village. Its jurisdiction is 2.5 km long.

The main natural disasters in Dahenan Town are flood, drought, wind and hail. The most serious flood occurred from July 29 to July 30, 1995, with continuous rainfall of 370mm. The flood of Shilihe River and Beishahe River overtopped and burst. 12000 people in 11 villages were besieged by the flood, 525 houses collapsed, 30000 mu of farmland was flooded, and the direct economic loss was 120 million yuan.
