Zhoucun Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dingzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Dingzhou City. It borders on jingyaodian town in the East, Gaopeng town across Shahe River in the south, Dugu town in Xinle City in the west, and Mengliang river across Nancheng District in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 4.5 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 10.8 km, with a total area of 50.36 square kilometers. In late 2018, the total population of Zhou Cun registered residence was 53578.
Zhoucun town is named after the town government. In 1961, Zhoucun commune was established. In 1982, it was changed to Zhoucun township. In 2008, Zhoucun Township changed to town. As of June 2020, Zhoucun town has 21 village committees and the people's Government of Zhoucun town.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Zhoucun town was 489.92 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 5369 yuan. The total revenue was 2.42 million yuan, an increase of 12.1% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 202 industrial enterprises in Zhoucun Town, including 17 large-scale enterprises and 44 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
