Liulin Town, belonging to Neiqiu County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Neiqiu county. It is adjacent to Neiqiu town in the East, Dameng town and Xindu District in the south, nansai Township in the West and Shicheng Town in Lincheng County in the north. It is 14.25 kilometers away from Neiqiu County People's government, with a total area of 91.6 square kilometers.
In 1949, it was the third district of Neiqiu county (Liulin forest region); in December 2005, it was changed from Liulin township to Liulin town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Liulin town was 24173. As of June 2020, Liulin town has 41 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the people's Government of Liulin town is stationed in xiaofanggang.
In 2018, Liulin town had 3 industrial enterprises and 44 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1949, it was the third district of Neiqiu county.
In June 1950, Liulin district was merged with Baita District, which is still called the third district.
In 1952, Liulin district was set up again.
In June 1953, Liulin district was changed to Liulin Township, belonging to the third district.
In August 1958, Liulin (red flag) commune was established.
In the spring of 1984, it was changed to Liulin township.
In January 1996, xiaoyangzhuang township was merged into Liulin township.
In December 2005, it was changed from Liulin township to Liulin town.
