Mahe township is located at the foot of Mianshan mountain, 15km east of Lingshi County. It is adjacent to Qinyuan County in the East, Jingsheng town in the north and Cuifeng town in the southwest. The township has a total area of 85.74 square kilometers, 15 administrative villages, 9656 permanent residents (in 2017), and 20153 mu of arable land.

Key projects

Project construction is an important carrier to promote the transformation and leap forward development. In order to smoothly promote the construction progress of key projects, we implement the township and village leadership package project system, and provide all-round services from the project approval, procedures, fund implementation, construction management and other aspects. In the past year, we have completed the construction project of Mahe middle school plastic playground and the school building maintenance project. The village has a population of 203 and a cultivated area of 555 mu. The village committee led the villagers to overcome the difficulties and actively build a new countryside. The 3.5km cement road was completed and a new village committee office building was built. Street lamps were set up to purify the environment in the village. The village was identified as a garden village by the county government.

Qumo Village

It is located 2.5km south of Mahe Township, qumoliang in the East, jinglintou village in the East, Xiazhai village in the west, Nantou village in the south, yangjiayuan village in the north, and Mahe village in the north. The total area of the village is 1.1km. The terrain is high in the South and low in the north, with Dashan mountains in the East and alluvial plain in the West. There are 140 households and 429 people in the village, including 5 non-agricultural households. Yaozhuang Village

Located in the southern end of Mahe Township, 5 kilometers away from the township government, surrounded by mountains in the East, South, West and three sides, with Taiyue Forest Bureau and jiemiao as the main boundary, facing junzhai village across the valley in the north, the terrain is narrow and long, with a seasonal river winding from Hougou. The village covers an area of 1.26 square kilometers. The village is close to the mountain and the valley. The climate is cool. There are 46 households and 128 people in the village. In August 2009, village director Li Jianqiang, with the call and help of the government, built a high standard cement road with a length of 700 meters, a width of 4 meters, and a thickness of 18 cm, with a total investment of more than 182000 yuan, of which 33000 yuan was invested by the village. Nantou Village

It is located at the southwest end of Mianshan mountain, Qumo in the East, junzhai, Xiazhai and yangjiayuan in the West. South to the bottom of Motianling Valley, north to Xiazhai, Qumo soil. The terrain of the village faces north from the south, and the buildings and floor area of the villagers are round. All year round, surrounded by green mountains and trees. The village has a population of 116 people and covers an area of 330 mu, including 300 mu of arable land and 28 mu of construction area.
