Niucheng Township
Niucheng Township, belonging to Lingshou County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Lingshou County, adjacent to Lingshou town in the East, Huangbizhuang town in Luquan District in the south, Pingshan County in the West and goutai Township in the north, with an administrative area of 38.87 square kilometers.
In 1953, dongwangjiao township was set up; in 1984, it was changed to Niucheng township; in 1996, zhongqingjing township was incorporated. By the end of 2018, 24614 people had registered residence in Niu Cheng. As of June 2020, Niucheng town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located at No. 1, Shichang Road, Niucheng village.

History of construction
In 1953, dongwangjiao township was established.
In 1958, it was transferred to Huolu county and established Niucheng commune.
In 1975, it returned to Lingshou county.
In 1982, it was renamed Niucheng commune.
In 1984, it was changed to Niucheng.
In 1996, zhongqingjing township was incorporated.

It is said that during the Wei and Jin Dynasties, the Hutuo River often overflowed.
