Hedong street, belonging to Chang'an District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the south of Chang'an District, 0.8 km away from the people's Government of Chang'an District. It is adjacent to tan Gu street in the East, Dongyuan street in Yuhua District in the south, Yucai street in the west, Yuejin Street and Tan Gu street in the north, with a total area of 4.24 square kilometers.

History of construction
In June 1957, Heyan East Street office was set up.
In July 1958, it was renamed Heyan East Street management area.
In 1959, Hedong branch was established, belonging to Chang'an commune.
In February 1968, it was changed into Hedong "May 7th" commune.
In 1979, it was renamed Hedong office.
In 2001, it was changed to Hedong street.
