Baishenshou Township, subordinate to Xinhe County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Xinhe County, adjacent to Xinhe Town in the East, Xinhe Town in the south, Jingzhuang Township in the west, Jizhou city and Ningjin County in the north. It is 4.7 kilometers away from the people's Government of Xinhe County, with a total area of 41.35 square meters.
In April 1953, baishenshou township was established; in March 1984, baishenshou commune was changed into baishenshou township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Bai Shen Shou township was 19387. As of June 2020, baishenshou township has jurisdiction over 26 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in baishenshou village.

History of construction
In April 1953, baishenshou township was established.
In August 1958, it belonged to Xinsheng commune.
In March 1962, it was separated from the newly promoted commune and changed into baishenshou commune.
In March 1984, baishenshou commune was changed into baishenshou township.
In January 1996, yaotou township was merged into baishenshou township.
