Tikarek town
Tikearek Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Gongliu County, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Gongliu County, with tastobe Township in the East, Tekes County in the south, aktobick town in the west, and nilek County across the Ili River in the north, with an administrative area of 426.67 square kilometers.
In 1950, it was divided into three districts, with jurisdiction over four townships; in 1984, it established tike arek township. On July 13, 2016, the organizational system of tikearek Township in Gongliu county was abolished and tikearek town was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the town was 15153. As of June 2020, tikarek town has 8 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is located in tikarek village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of tikearek town was 22.36 million yuan. In 2018, there were four industrial enterprises in tikarek Town, including one above scale and 11 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1950, it was divided into three districts with jurisdiction over four townships.
In 1958, Dongguang commune was established.
In 1963, it was renamed liugongshe.
In 1978, it was renamed tikarek commune.
In 1984, tik'arek township was established.
On July 13, 2016, the organizational system of tikearek Township in Gongliu county was abolished and tikearek town was established.
