Qingyunbu Town, belonging to Kaiyuan city, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Kaiyuan city and on the East Bank of Liaohe River. It is adjacent to Babao town and Yemin town in the East, Xibao town of Tieling County, Shuangjingzi town of Shuangjingzi town in the South and Baijiagou town of Faku County in Shenyang City across the Liaohe River in the west, and changlingzi town of Changtu County in the north, with an administrative area of 169.51 square kilometers.
In October 1949, it was the 11th district of Kaiyuan County; in May 1985, it was changed to qingyunbu town. By the end of 2018, the population of Qingyun town registered residence was 45336. As of June 2020, qingyunbu town has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages.

History of construction
In October 1949, it was the 11th district of Kaiyuan county.
