Zhakuqi Niulu Township
Zakuqiniulu Township, belonging to Chabuchar Xibe Autonomous County, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northeast of Chabuchar Xibe Autonomous County, adjacent to miliangquan Hui Township and kuohongqi Township in the East, hainuke Township in the south, nadaqiulu Township in the west, and dairy farm across the river in the North, with a total administrative area of 373.33 square kilometers.
In 1938, it was eight townships; in 1984, it was withdrawn from the society and built zhakuqi Niulu township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Zu Kou Qi Niu Lu was 15167. In June 2020, zhakuqi Niulu Township governs one community and five administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1938, Xibo was abandoned and set up in Henan county.
In 1944, it was under the jurisdiction of Anfeng township.
In the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945), it was restored to zakuqi Niulu, which was directly under the jurisdiction of Xibe uherda.
In 1950, eight townships were under the jurisdiction of three districts.
