Baitugang Township

Baitugang township is located 30 kilometers south of Lingwu City, adjacent to Yanchi County in the East, Tongxin County in the South and Litong District in the West. The township governs 12 administrative villages with a population of 13306 (in 2020). The main ethnic group is the Han nationality, some of whom are religious. The total area is 637.92 square kilometers. There are abundant land resources and great potential for agricultural development. There are many kinds of Chinese herbal medicines such as licorice and ephedra growing in mountain grassland.
