Yuzi Township, Sadik
Sadik Yuzi Township, subordinate to Yining County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the central and southern part of Yining County. It connects Yuqun Weng Hui Township in the East and south, hudiya Yuzi Township in the West and Jili Yuzi town in the north, with a total administrative area of 13.09 square kilometers.
At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was divided into seven districts and two townships in Yining County; in 1984, it was removed from the site and established as a township, named sadikyuzi Township after sadikyuzi village, where the township government is located. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the township was 6935. In 2019, sadic Yuzi township has jurisdiction over two administrative villages.
The main food crops in Yuzi township are wheat and corn, and the main animal husbandry is cattle and sheep. In 2018, there are three comprehensive stores or supermarkets in Yuzi Township with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was seven districts and two townships in Yining County.
In 1952, it was divided into two districts and two townships.
In January 1954, it was assigned to Yuqun Weng Hui Autonomous Region as four townships.
In September 1958, it merged with maimaiyayuzi to build the fourth brigade of Wuyi commune, which was later renamed Hongqi brigade.
In 1971, the battle brigade was set up.
In 1978, the battle brigade was transformed into Yining County breeding farm.
In 1984, the township was set up and named Sadik Yuzi Township according to Sadik Yuzi village where the township government is located.
