The township is under the jurisdiction of Zepu County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
It is located in the south of Zepu County, adjacent to yikesu Township in the East and south, aketamu Township and kuiybage Township in the west, and ayikule Township in the north, 5km away from Zepu county.
