Halabrak Township, subordinate to Aheqi County, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Aheqi County, bordering halaqi Township in the East, halaqi Township and Halajun Township in the south, and Kyrgyz Republic in the West and northwest, with an administrative area of 4077.53 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 9279 households in Hara Braque Township had registered residence. As of October 2019, rural halabrak governs seven administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1950, it belonged to the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth townships of the second district.
In 1954, it belonged to the third, fourth, fifth and sixth townships of the third district.
In 1958, it merged with halaqi township to establish halaqi commune.
In January 1962, halabrak commune was established.
In 1969, it was renamed Weidong commune.
In 1978, the original name of halabrak commune was restored.
In 1984, the society was withdrawn and the township was built.
