Chiarlong Township
Qiarlong Township, a township under the jurisdiction of aktao County in Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of aktao County, adjacent to kuslapu Township in the East, tartajik Township in the south, taheman Township in Tashkurgan Tajik Autonomous County in the west, and akdala pasture in the north, with an administrative area of 2203 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the population of the registered residence in the city was 5320. As of October 2019, chiarlong township has jurisdiction over five administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of qiarlong township was 10.099 million yuan. The local fiscal revenue was 496000 yuan.
History of construction
Qiarlong Township originally belonged to Tashkurgan county.
In 1955, it was assigned to aketao County as qiaerong district.
In 1965, chaerlong commune was rebuilt.
In 1967, it was renamed five-star commune.
In 1978, the original name of chiarlong commune was restored.
In 1984, the society was withdrawn and the township was built.
