Jibuku Town, belonging to Qitai County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of the county. It is adjacent to Biliuhe Township in the East, Turpan City in Turpan area in the south, Dongwan town in the west, and 108 community of Qitai central Tuancheng, Sixth Agricultural Division of XPCC in the north. The area is 827.17 square kilometers. In 2018, 14940 people registered residence.
In March 1950, it belonged to four districts. In September 1958, it was renamed rocket commune. In 1978, it was renamed as the gibuku commune. In 1984, the township system was restored. In 1999, the township was removed and the town was built. In October 2019, 9 administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of jibuku town.
In 2018, there were 2 industrial enterprises in jibuku Town, and 18 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
