Jinlong Town Street, belonging to Karamay District, Karamay City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Karamay City Center, adjacent to Sanping Town, Baijiantan District in the East, Kuitun Beitun railway line in the south, Jinshi street in the West and national highway 217 in the north. In 2011, it covers an area of 7.64 square kilometers and has a total population of 12738.

In December 1986, Jinlong Town Office was established, which was under the management of Karamay Petrochemical plant. In April 2000, it was transferred to Karamay district government for management. As of October 2019, Jinlong town has six communities and one living area under its jurisdiction.

In 2011, Jinlong town mainly raised pigs, sheep and poultry; there were 10 industrial enterprises, 380 commercial outlets and 1542 employees.
