Lingkongshan town
Lingkongshan town is famous for its abundant coal and tourism scenic spot, and its comprehensive strength ranks among the top in the county. In 2005, it was named as the most growing "Shangdang first town" by Changzhi City, and in 2010, it was awarded the title of "civilized town" by Changzhi Municipal Party committee. Lingkongshan town covers an area of 149.1 square kilometers, with jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages, 26 natural villages, 10 town level government units, one middle school and 15 primary schools. The territory is rich in resources, with a forest coverage rate of more than 63% and a forest area of 110000 mu. Lingkong mountain scenic spot in the territory is famous in China, known as "the return of five mountains does not see mountains, Lingkong does not see pines". There are 10 coal mines in the town, including 3 infrastructure mines, 3 reconstruction and expansion mines and 4 production mines. Kangwei company, located in the town, is the "star enterprise" of private economy in the whole province and an important support point of county economy.

Wulongchuan Township
Within the territory, so the name. Bozi commune was established in 1958 and the town was established in 1984. Located in the west of the county, 34 kilometers away from the county government. With an area of 98 square kilometers and a population of 9000, it governs 16 administrative villages, namely Baizi, yanjiaping, shangxingju, nanquangou, zhuangzegou, xiaxingju, dongbaizi, Xiwu, ganziping, shuiquanping, Wangzhuang, Beigou, Changcun, haocun, junjiagou and Yuren.
Wulongchuan Township
Wulongchuan commune was set up in 1958 and township was set up in 1984. Located in the west of the county, 71 kilometers away from the county government. With an area of 48 square kilometers and a population of 2000, it governs three administrative villages: wulongchuan, yiyichuan and Heiyu. In 2001, Qinyuan County merged wulongchuan Township into Baizi Town, which was renamed lingkongshan town. The town government was stationed in Baizi village.

Lingkongshan town is subordinate to Qinyuan County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. It is located at the west end of Qinyuan, connecting Zhongyu Township and Liyuan Town in the East, Zhongyu Township and Gu County in the south, Gu County and Huo County in the west, Liyuan Town and Hanhong Township in the north. The town is surrounded by mountains, with high terrain in the northwest and low terrain in the southeast. The total land area is 146 square kilometers.

The highest peak is lingkongshan Nanshan, with an altitude of 1855.8 meters. The lowest is junjiagou beach, with an altitude of 1070m and a relative elevation difference of 785.8m. The traditional planting industry of lingkongshan town is mainly corn, minor cereals, beans and potatoes. The cultivated land area was 18663 mu in 1978 and 11458 mu in common use since the 21st century. The per capita cultivated land area was 1.96 mu in 1978 and 1.2 mu in 2010. The total grain output was 2747 tons in 1978 and 3069 tons in 2010. In 2010, the vegetable planting area was 300 mu, and the annual output reached 335 tons. In 2010, the total area of afforestation reached 6800 mu. By the end of 2010, there were 997 pigs, 7342 sheep, 6231 poultry and 129 cattle in the town. After resource integration and industrial structure adjustment, there are four coal mining enterprises in the jurisdiction in 2010: Shanxi Kangwei group company, with an output value of 885.95 million yuan; Shanxi Meijin group Taiyue coal company, with an output value of 112.91 million yuan; Shanxi Qinxin group Xinda coal mine, with an output value of 156.36 million yuan; Shanxi Lu'an Group Huayi Wuyi coal industry, with an output value of 263.19 million yuan. The designed annual production capacity of coal enterprises is 4.2 million tons. Market town construction
Vigorously implement the new rural construction project. We have completed the "five links" project of connecting administrative villages and natural villages with cement roads, closed-circuit television, buses, tap water and telephone, and realized the convenience project of one village with one rural shopping supermarket and one village with one agricultural means store. More than 400 people from 109 households in 6 villages have been resettled, and household biogas project has been implemented, which has enabled more than 300 households in 9 villages to use clean energy. 70% of the villages in the town have installed fitness equipment and built a garden square.

More than 100% of the rural youth have education level above junior high school. Every village has a rural library, a cultural activity center and a place for grassroots organizations. By 2010, there will be one boarding junior high school, one primary school and seven ordinary primary schools in the town. Scenic Spots and Historical Sites
Lingkong Mountain Scenic Area in the jurisdiction is famous in China, known as "Five Mountains return without looking at mountains, Lingkong return without looking at pines". Lingkong mountain has steep peaks and towering giant pines. Shengshou temple was built here. The nine pole flag of "king of Pinus tabulaeformis" is long here. In 2002, Lingkong mountain scenic spot was listed in the list of national AA scenic spots. In 2004, the famous landscape "nine pole flag" was successfully declared the top of Guinness in Shanghai, and won the title of "world's largest Pinus tabulaeformis".
