After Qin unified the whole country, it set up Fuping County (now Litong District of Wuzhong City), and Lingwu was under its jurisdiction. In 191 B.C., Emperor Huidi of the Western Han Dynasty set up Lingzhou, which was named because it was located on a river island and "never disappeared with the water". Revitalizing oil transfer
Due to the relocation of Majiatan base of Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau, part of the assets were transferred to Majiatan town of Lingwu City for use. While strengthening the management and protection of these assets, Majiatan town should timely formulate rules and detailed rules for the use of these assets, and make full use of them, so as to activate the construction of small towns.
Changqing Majiatan oil base has a total land area of 3282 mu, a total building area of 117000 square meters and an asset value of 4.56 million yuan. Refinery closure handover
Following the transfer of some public welfare facilities and living quarters of the original Majiatan base of Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau to Majiatan town of Lingwu City, on November 4, the second auxiliary plant (Majiatan refinery) of Changqing Oilfield Branch, the last leading industry of Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau in Majiatan base, was officially closed.

The factory is expected to pay 5.833 million yuan of local tax revenue and 2.373 million yuan of tax revenue of related enterprises, which is 40 million yuan of value-added tax of national tax. Majiatan refinery will contribute 18.206 million yuan of tax revenue to Lingwu City. According to statistics, Lingwu's annual budget revenue is 80.23 million yuan. The closure of the plant will reduce Lingwu's revenue by more than 20%.
Back to the starting point
At noon, on the street of Majiatan Town, the sun is a little harsh.
Ma Wenming, who was still very excited just now, looked at the tables, chairs and benches of a trampoline and began to be in a daze: he sold several Street business houses to others, but now the other party suddenly turned back, which made him more or less unexpected. From 9 a.m., the two sides had been negotiating for nearly three hours, and he felt very tired.
In 1998, when Haizi village of Chongxing town went to Majiatan to build these business houses, Ma Wenming was ready to rely on rent for his old age. However, with the sudden evacuation of Majiatan refinery, his hope was dashed.
