Suoga Township
Suoja township is under the jurisdiction of Zhiduo County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. It is located in the west of many counties, adjacent to Caicai Township and Zhahe Township in the East, Zaduo County in the south, Tibet Autonomous Region in the west, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in the northwest, Golmud City in the north and qumalai County in the northeast. The administrative area is 65062.10 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 6688 households had registered residence in Sugo. As of October 2019, Suoga township has four animal husbandry committees.
In 2011, the per capita net income of herdsmen in Suoga township was 2885 yuan.
History of construction
In May 1967, Suoga township was established.
administrative division
In 1966, seven communes and 22 production teams were set up in Tangjiang and Zhiqu townships, including Xiaer, xiaozang, Baijia, jinzang, Lagou, Xila and Jiaxiao. More than 1700 people moved to the West and were temporarily entrusted to Zhahe township for management.
At the end of 2011, suoja Township had four village (herdsman) committees: Moqu, Junqu, Dangqu, Yaqu, one new village moved to the East, and 16 herdsman groups.
As of October 2019, hada town has four pastoral committees: Dangqu, Yaqu, Junqu and Moqu.

Suojia township is located in the core area of "Sanjiangyuan" National Nature Reserve. It is rich in animal and plant resources. There are Tibetan antelope, wild yak, Tibetan wild donkey, Tibetan snow chicken, snow leopard, brown bear, argali, lynx and other rare wild animals unique to the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. It has Kekexili National Nature Reserve.
