Machali Town, belonging to Maduo County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the southwest of Maduo County. It is bounded by the requ river of Huanghe Township in the East, across the Chaqu River from GONGMA township of Changsha, Shiqu County, Sichuan Province in the south, Qingshuihe town of Chengduo county and zalinghu township of Maduo County in the west, and rixie and Jiaguo villages of Huashixia in the north. History of construction

In 1963, Heihe commune was established along the Yellow River.
