Mangla Township
Mangla Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Guinan County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the northwest of Guinan County, bordering Mangqu town and Senduo Township in the East, Taxiu Township in the south, the end of the Yellow River and Longyangxia Reservoir Area in the west, mugetan and Shagou Township in the north. The administrative area is 428.79 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 8029 people in Manla Township had a registered residence. As of October 2019, Mangla township has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1950, laqu Hui Autonomous township was established.
In 1958, Mangla commune was established by merging with gongwa Sike township.
In 1965, it was renamed Mangla township.
In 1969, it was also renamed Mangla commune, with 13 production teams and 43 production teams under its jurisdiction.
In 1984, it was renamed Mangla township.
In 1985, Mangla Township had 18 villagers' committees.
In 1990, due to the relocation of the original layihai Township, the five villagers' committees under the jurisdiction of the former Mangla Township were assigned to layihai township.

Mangla township is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Mangla river. It is a long and narrow valley with southeast to northwest trend. The terrain is complex, and the natural conditions change vertically. The villages of guoyuhu, magetang and xiajiangdang, which are located in the half of the Mangla countryside, are 2600-2900 meters above sea level. The climate conditions are good, and they are more suitable for the growth of crops. The average altitude of the area is 2620-3278m.

Mangla Township belongs to the continental plateau climate, which is characterized by thin atmosphere, drought and less rain, cool and cold climate, small annual temperature range, large daily temperature range, unobvious climate in four seasons, only "cold season" and "warm season", long winter and short summer. The annual average temperature is 2.7 ℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 29.8 ℃, and the extreme minimum temperature is - 29.1 ℃. The average annual precipitation is 350-410 mm. Most of them are from July to August, and the sunshine is sufficient, with an average annual sunshine hours of 2720 hours and a sunshine percentage of 69%. The maximum frozen soil depth over the years is 1.41M, the freezing date is in the middle of October, and the thawing date is in the middle of April.
