Shidacang Township
Shidacang Township, belonging to Hualong Hui Autonomous County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province, is located in the east of Hualong Hui Autonomous County, bordering Chuma Township in the East, gandu town in the south, xiejiatan Township and Bayan town in the west, Ledu County in the north, with a total area of 194.36 square kilometers.
Before the founding of new China, we set up shidacang township. In 1984, shidacang commune was changed into shidacang Township again. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Shi Da Cang township was 8420. In 2019, shidacang Township governs 17 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in shidacang village.
In 2018, there were 2 industrial enterprises and 3 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in shidacang township.
History of construction
Before the founding of new China, shidacang township was established.
In 1950, it belonged to Jinjiazhuang township.
In 1956, shidacang Tibetan township was established.
In 1962, shidacang commune was established.
In 1984, shidacang commune was changed into shidacang township.

In 1996, shidacang Township had 17 administrative villages including guanzang, xiangjiawuju, zhihatang, shidacang, Gaoyue, Laka, xiangta, Jijia, DanZhuang, dajiayan, xiaojinyuan, sijihai, daling, wenjiashan, Shalang, tailigai 1 and tailigai 2.
In 2011, shidacang rural area has 16 administrative villages including shidacang, zhihatang, xiangjiawuju, guanzang, tieligai I, tieligai II, shalangsijihai, Qianhu, Jijia, xiangta, Laka, wenjiashan, DanZhuang, Gaoyue, dajiayan and daling, and 51 production cooperatives.
In 2019, shidacang village has 17 administrative villages, including shidacang village, Taiyi village, Taier village, zhihatang village, xiangjiawuju village, guancangcang village, dalingcang village, xiaojinyuan village, sijihai village, Sharang village, dajiayan village, wenjiashan village, DanZhuang village, Jijia village, xiangta village, Gaoyue village and Laka village.

It is 10 kilometers away from the county. The maximum distance between East and West is 8 kilometers, and the maximum distance between North and south is 22.8 kilometers. The total area of shidacang township is 194.36 square kilometers.

Huamubao mountain is located in the north of shidacang township. The main peak is 4484.7 meters high, which is the highest peak in shidacang Township, and the eastern end of laza is located in the south. The altitude is 2300-4184.7 meters, and the terrain is high in the north and low in the south, which inclines from North to south.

Shidacang township has a continental plateau climate. The Southern Hills are cool temperate and semi-arid areas, the central hills are cool temperate and semi humid areas, and the northern middle and high mountains are cold temperate and humid areas.

There are yishizhagou, buranggou and DanZhuang in shidacang township. The water originates from huamubao mountain, and then converges into guancanggou water, and converges to xiashalangzhuang to gandu town.
