Jingming Township
Jingming Township, Jingchuan County, Pingliang, is located in Jingchuan County, Gansu province. It is located in the eastern part of the Chuan Chuan County in Jingchuan county. It is connected with Changqing bridge town in Ning County, and is connected to Yao town and Fei Yun Township in the south. It is bordered by the West with Luo Han Dong Township, and is adjacent to Libao town in the north. The total area of the administrative area is 61.67 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population was 13816.
Jingming township is named for its clear Jinghe River. In the Qing Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of jincunli and wangquli. Before 1949, it was Qiming township. After 1949, Qiming district was set up. In November 1983, it was changed to Jingming township. As of June 2020, Jingming township has jurisdiction over 12 administrative villages.

In 1957, the south side of the Jing River was divided into Changwu urban and rural areas, and the north side of the Jing River was divided into Duwen urban and rural areas.
After the communization in 1958, it was Gaoping commune in the south of Jing and Libao commune in the north.
In 1961, Jingming commune was established.
In November 1983, it was changed to Jingming township.
