Haizigou Township, subordinate to Huangzhong District of Xining City, Qinghai Province, is located in the northwest of Huangzhong district. It is connected with Shilipu town of Xining City in the East, Sanqi town of Xining City in the south, Lijiashan town of the county in the West and Datong County in the north, with an administrative area of 95 square kilometers.
As of 2018, Haizi Gou Township had 15328 registered residence population. Up to October 2019, Haizi Gou township has 21 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of the township government.

History of construction
In 1949, it belonged to Sanqi township.
In 1951, Haizigou township was built.
In 1958, it became Haizigou commune.
In 1960, it was transferred to Xining city.
In 1962, it returned to Huangzhong County.
In 1984, Haizigou township was established.
